    I can't count how many times I've heard this today from the CNN talking heads. Argh... ! Am I the only one who can't stand this phrase?

    well after all, if you think about it, in the final analysis, it could even be said that the reality is that ultimately it boils down to...verbal filler.

    It's all just filler.

    the brits use it a lot.

    i just throw a haymaker to whom ever says that.

    from CNN, he asked about the most over used BS. i wrote him to say "at the end of the day" which he said all the time.

    A few years ago i started hearing "it is what it is" alot. Not sure where that term originated but i found it interesting that i heard it alot.
