So get this; I bought a Nash tele, used back in 2011. The build date was 2008. It was a white guard, I wanted a black guard. Emailed a year or so ago, asking if I could buy black pick guard for it. He sent one for free. OK, very cool. Fast forward to 3 or so weeks ago. Took it in the the shop for a setup, luthier tells me the necks got a warp in it. Bummer. Called Nash to see if I could buy a replacement neck. Bill Nash personally emails me back, says send the guitar in. I did. Showed up today with a brand new neck, set up, fresh strings and playing great! Didn't even charge me for shipping! If you ask me, that is great customer service. Thanks Bill & co!
