And when is Strymon's multi fx rack or floor processor coming?

These company's kind of took market share from Line6 but are still sticking to their niches.

That's because line 6 outsells both of the products.

AX8, Fractal's stripped down version of the Axe FX II as a floor unit, was announced a month or so ago.

Really looking forward to Strymon's take on modeling. (I hope... eventually). I'd love to hear what they could do.

    I can't imagine they won't eventually release a multi-effect unit.

I can't imagine why they would. It would never satisfy "everyone" and it's not like they don't sell well enough already.

Great news, and it's not too massive, would probably take less room than a Strymon Timeline and BigSky side by side. Thanks for the info....we wait for Strymon's next move, the game is heating up.

I remember when people thought that the digital floorboards would kill off analog stompboxes back in the early 90s.....and it kind of did for a moment in time, but the technology was crass, thanks for trying Boss and Digitech and Zoom, somehow even 25 years later still making crappy sounding floor multifx.

AxeFX, Strymon: game changers..for the first time since Line6 and TC - good sounding digital floor multi fx are almost here...eventide H9 deserves a mention....even if the core unit is pure exploitation of musicians...get us hooked then suck us dry paying for more algorithms...because WE NEED THEM!

True. The FX8 is releasing soon if it already hasn't. But as referenced above, the AX8, which combines the FX8 with an amp modeler:
