With such a polite request, I'm surprised the offers aren't flying in...
Seriously though, Fractal offers a 15-day trial.
Jarrett, thanks for the reply...much appreciated...I know about the trial...but, I'm not in the habit of buying gear that way...I bought a unit years ago with similar conditions and didn't like it at all. Guess what happened...I dropped the freaking thing, it broke and no matter what I had to pay for it. I will not do business like that again. Got to try it first.
Thanks again for the post.

That's the easy question....I have a feeling your next two follow-up questions would be more involved.
Have you spoken to Lerner? He knows your amps, your style, and owns an Axe. He may be able to give you some more insight if you can't find one to try.
What do you expect? You to break it and then they say no problem? No offence, but it sounds like I would be very leary letting you try or borrow anything my brotha ;-)
If you are serious, just buy it with the trial. If you are afriad of breaking it in 10 ten days, then perhaps you shouldn't have expensive gear anyway.
Maybe you'll have better luck on the Axe FX forum.
Why are we talking about this Axe-FX thing here anyway? It's not an amp or a cab, is it?
"You break it, you bought it!"
funny, galo - i thought you were GETTING one for the third time!!!! good luck to you . . . .
Hmm. You mean there aren't hordes of people willing to lend their $2000 processor to a stranger? Odd.
Galo, you've got it all completely backwardsI'm not in the habit of buying gear that way. . . . Got to try it first.
Seems like there is a huge turnout for the Tampa Bay Tonefest from what has been posted on this forum. The photos demonstrate tons of cool gearNobody in Florida has any cool gear.
