    Absolutely spot on...

One of the best sound matches I have heard from a modeler...

Hey Tyler - Im a Kemper user -but- seriously, how good are both the AFXII and the KPA :)

Your sound and playing is awesome ...... text-book example of how we entered the "real digital " era for guitar tone and sound with the AFXII and the KPA.

Its too late now, but my first thought when heard this was that *if* you had posted this in the " Amps and Cabs " Forum and labelled it

" NAD: Just got my hand-wired super expensive boutique amp "

and your comments had of been along the lines of

" Got my hand wired, custom ordered, hand built " Gorgioso " head today and took it straight to the studio. Ive never heard or had feel, tone and dynmaics like this before .... my amp search is over !!! "

I guarantee you that within the first few response posts, the following would have appeared

" Proof yet again that nothing sounds like tubes .... and never will .....I'm going to sell my Sampson-era DC 30 [ or Friedman or Original Bassman or Carlos's original MK1 - insert your grail amp of choice here ] and get me one of those "

    Ben :)

wow, didn't just nail it, drywall screwed it in with a drill! I wonder what it took in the studio to get that original tone. 2 thumbs way up

Just superb. Your last few clips have been on another level for me. I don't think I have ever been this floored by a modeler clip.

Sounds totally digital and harsh with too much fizz. Actually, I'm kidding. That sounded awesome!

Thanks, FW18 plus Cab Pack 8 have been a 1-2 punch for great sounding patches.

Holy Mackerel!!! That sounds phenomenal! Some seriously good tone and playing. This and a SRV clip I have heard recently are what make me want to add an Axe II to the arsenal. Not a single high gain clip has done that. Well done.

Thanks, that SRV clip was probably mine as well.

High gain doesn't demonstrate modeler quality at all. Too much overdrive/compression/mush that can cover up all the subtle elements that make a tube amp a good sounding device.

I specialize in low-medium gain clips and have been very happy with all the Axe-fx has been able to offer.

Glad you dig. Get one someday, if anything, just for the fun of it!

I couldn't agree more. The hair/crunch/low - medium gain has always been the weak link in the modeling world to me. These clips/settings are great. Sure appreciate you making them available.
