Our Cougar series is available now at musicians freind. They are designed in USA , built overseas and very high quality. Baltic birch cabs, vintage 3o speakers, oversized transformers. They sound great. These are well designed and built, and especially now when money is so tight you can get one fairly inexpensively.

Looks like Bad Cats will no longer be cool among TGP.

The cougars are great sounding amps especially for the price compared to the big companies.

The money we make on our Cougars (that name still makes me laugh a little) , gets poured back into R&D on our hand built stuff. The breakthroughs we make in R&D will get adopted into the Cougars amps.

We will forever build the best USA hand built guitar amps in the world with no compromises.

I was just joking about not being cool. A buddy of has a Cub II R and it has become his number one amp and he owns many high end and vintage pieces. The Cub will be my next amp! The best 15-18 watt amp I have heard. Perfect balance in an amp.

Keep up the good work John!

It is a beautiful thing to buy a product that was built by hand in the U.S. with no details overlooked.

Thanks for the info. I'm interested in testing one out soon. I appreciate that you have taken note how some of us can't afford the HW amps. I always wan't to own one, I just never have had enough coin.
