If you have BadCat clips post 'em here. It'd be great if we could hear clips of as many possible models.

I'll start, Hot cat 100 clean channel showing some dynamics: http://soundclick.com/share?songid=4204135
I used a PRS singlecut with the bridge pickup on...The volume is up pretty loud on the amp, but I don't recall where.

I've posted these in a couple other threads, but here they are for reference,
    some hard rock/metalish tones:

Thanks. I had it dialed in a bit brighter on the high gain clip, usually I ran it with a bit less bite.

I think I'll widen this thread to all things Sampson derived, so we get some Matchless, Star, Sampson, etc.

'02 Hot Cat and Bad Cat 2x12.

I did this for some lessons I was taking. The rhythm track and lead track are both the Hot Cat Guitar Lesson Composition

While my playing is a salute to the StSanders Shreds overdubs,
I'm, attempting to demonstrate how easily the amp cleans up in the overdrive channel simply by changing your attack.

So, the volume and gain differences in this clip are just from your picking attack? No volume knob adjustments?

    Correct!

The cleans just barely hitting the strings to full on hard attack.

Just added another clip using my '93 Strat Plus ( Golds )
Mid and Bridge PU. Hot Cat 100R Clean Channel, tone 7:00, Volume @ 1:00, amp reverb @ 11:00

great clips guys, we're getting a pretty good variety of HotCat tones going on. GREAT job showing danamics on your first clip FFTT!

Hopefully we get some guys with other amps coming in too.

Man I love the dynamics in the clips. My amp is pretty touch sensitive, but it won't clean up that much when I have anywhere close to that level of gain.

I need to find a HC30 to try. It seems very versatile from the clips here. Jeffh's clip get's into the smooth "D" amp territory to me. And your clips have more of a brit sound.

Part of that sound in the first clip is credited to my Ibanez AF105NT Hollowbody. This guitar has become my favorite and keeps surprising me.

I keep thinking about upgrading the electronics, but then again, if it works, don't fix it.

All the songs here were recorded with my Bad Cat Black Cat 2x12. I hope to have some recordings of my new Bad Cat Lil'15 in the next few months.

Here's a new Hot cat 30 clip. shows the dynamics - my guitar volume is all the way up for the whole clip. I'm not adjusting anything besides how hard I pick. Full details inside.
