I just got the silver...which I love. But I'm constantly tinkering. The Silver has a flatter eq...what would be the next step in LTD pedals to introduce just a little mid hump? Thanks.

I would forgo another ltd and look into either the tone pump or burn unit.

Keep your LTD and stack it with a Barber Bar-BQ pedal. You can use the Bar-BQ to tweak any overdrive pedal. It is a must have in my signal chain for fine tuning my OCD and LTD.

Thanks guys....but I don't have room to stack...each pedal has to stand on it's own...other than a Flying Dragon I use to boost. I'm wondering if an LTD SR. or LTD V2 is a way to go.

I would like to get it myself sometime in the near future. It looks like a nice way to experiment around with an already excellent pedal. I'd be nice to be able to cut out some of the fizz.

Go with the standard (black) LTD. The Silver has less mids, the SR even less.

You can always have the mod board installed into your LTD or buy another Barber pedal with it already installed, with the mod board you can dial in the amount of mids you want as well as other pot adjustments!

Do you place the Barb-EQ before your OD?

My BarBQ is before my OCD. I've tried both ways and prefer it before the OCD. I have my BBQ voicing set to tweed. I also have a ClinchFX EP-PRE at the end of my signal chain that really brings my OCD to life. Those two pedals will bring a new demension to your overdrive tone.
