I need to replace a Keeley comp that I foolishly let out of my sight, and heard raves about Barge Concept's RC-3. Can anyone gve me feedback (no pun intended!) on it? Compared to a 2-knob Keeley?
    Thanks in advance!

I've had a boatload of comps (including the Keeley) and for a Ross-type comp the Barge is probably my favorite. Also like the HBE, but it adds a bit more character, while I find the Barge more neutral. I think i fancy the Diamond now, but that's a bit of a different beast. Barge makes great pedals at bargain prices...I like my DB-2 & VFB-2...clever, well made, sound great. (Disclaimer: I'm selling an RC-3 in the emporium...so disregard my comments entirely!)

I decided on a Keeley 4 knob. I figure what the hell...It's what I really want, and the extra two controls on the outside will come in handy. I know the Keeley and I know how good it is.
