The FUTURE MAN!!!!

Great sounding pedal at a very reasonable price! ($150) Beano and beyond!

Kinman AVN Blues Pickups>Nash Strat>Basic Audio Future Man> Bill modded Fender Blues Junior.

No claims of of anything fancy, just turning knobs and hittin' notes :)

Chris, me likey! loved that tone at 2:57 when you dialed in the clean boost as well as the other tones in the video, this new BA pedal is flying low under the radar for now!

Real versatile for sure and could be a pedal that can easily combine a couple of different standalone pedal tones for sure.

Basic Audio has some definite mojo happening for sure! :AOK

Great Job!

Kudos

Just bumping this because I'm just crazy about this pedal. A treble boost with tons of tone control. This pedal does the meanest Cream tones ever!

The controls are super interactive so you got tons of options. Maybe if this pedal was $400 instead of $150 it would be more popular :)

I'm curious if you've demoed the solar myth.

Not yet. Soon! I actually have one on order.

Very interesting that it's a Fuzz Face variant with the tone shaping ability to match any basically any guitar. That's right up my alley!

I was thinking something like, $150 + $350 shipping.
What do you think? :)

Looking forward to the Solar Myth clip.

Ha! That's overnight right?

I'm still messing with my Solar Myth! So many things to love about that pedal. I'll do a clip maybe tomorrow or Thursday. It's absolutely kicks ass! ...although I'm totally stuck on the Spooky Tooth again. The Future Man is just like a given, It's on my board and I flat out need it but the Spooky Tooth is just such a trip!

Sh*t man I love all your stuff!

...and don't forget the Scarab! I love that too. :)

Thats a great sounding pedal (all the sounds) I had a look at the Basic Audio site and was blown away by all the pedals there..... all the audio clips sounded great to me. I shall be back.

I've had this pedal for about 5 months now and I literally cannot imagine playing without it. It is the most musical, versatile boost imaginable. No matter what tone, what guitar, what amp I'm using, the Futureman can improve the tone, often dramatically. The tone controls are particularly useful in getting the most out of any guitar. You can liven up humbuckers or thicken up single coils. Gets along very nicely with other pedals too. One of the best musical equipment purchases I've ever made. It's made to last forever and that's how long I'll keep it and use it.

funny, this seems to be an over the top analysis of a pedal, but its how i feel about mine now that ive had the chance to mess with it more...next to some highly regarded OD's, the futureman is in a league of its own...does what you want, and doesnt FEEL like a pedal. my spooky tooth is just a ridiculous fuzz too...basic audio is on to something
