bass head into 4x10 orange ppc

The bass head in question is a fender rumble 150. It may seem weird but this would work well for me, i would rewire the cab to make it 4 ohms the only thing im worried about are the speakers, will they take the low frequencies? if i dont turn it all the way up will it be okay? the cab has 4 celestion g10n 40 witch are ratted at 30 watts thank you for your time

Definitely not a good idea and it probably wouldn't sound good anyway. Bass speakers are a lot different.

Bass-> bass cab

You'll pop the speakers, it will sound awful, just all around bad idea

Bassman was a bass amp (not really if you ask me) played with guitars a lot. The opposite doesn't work.

Plus, you're talking about speakers not amps.

The problem is not what the amp going into the speakers was designed for....the problem is the frequencies of the INSTRUMENT coming through it.
