This may be a silly question, but is the Blues Driver FET driven? Can any of the parts in the circuit be swapped out for MOSFETS/FETS?

It depends on what you mean by "FET driven". If you mean in the sense that the distortion is generated by overdriven FET transistors, then no. The distortion in the Blues Driver is mainly generated with diode clippers. You could replace some of the diode clippers with Mosfets wired as diodes, but it'd still be mainly a diode clipper circuit.
