Just thought I'd share a couple before and after pics of my epi LP i used in my punk band in the late 80's early 90's. Lot of stickers, and duct tape, took some elbow grease... I was shocked how nicely it cleaned up, and I had forgotten what a nice top she had. I think if I keep her I'll have to replace the tuners, and needs a good set up, but now it's clean. anyway, this was a fun little project and trip down memory lane for me : ) Oh, one question... are these poly or nitro finish? the finish was in VERY good shape, and tough as nails, so i almost assumed poly, but i kinda thought these were nitro. Maybe a REALLY thick nitro coat?

Wow - that is indeed a sweet Epi. Was these one of those that were made in Japan?

Ditch the pickguard to let even more of the top show and you should be set.
