Best cheap true-bypass slapback echo?

    I'm looking for the best cheap, true-bypass, analog-sounding echo I can find. I only want to use it for slapback-type sounds. Must be quiet and not BYOC. What has worked well for you? If it helps, I'll be using it with a Harmony H-72 and Fender-style amps.

    Or buy the $49.95 delay from Toys-R-Us, mod it and put it in a cheap, true bypass loop you build yourself...

    If you can live without "true bypass" the DE7 is the best option.
