Hey guys im running a Gibson 335-S into my Marshall Super Bass and i'm wanting to push this amp hard give it enough gain for hard rock at low volumes and be able to dial the gain down just for a clean boost at stage volume.

    Suggestions?

Try a treble booster, such as the analogman Beano.
Cleans up very well with your guitar's volume.

Rangemasters and their clones are great with Super Bass heads however gettin a 100 watt anything down to low volumes is not gonna be easy...

As far as Fuzz goes for me it's either Lovepedal or Analogman. BUT Bob Sweets Fuzz pedals are as good as anything out there as well.

a Fulltone OCD will keep the amps natural sound and increase sustain gain and bloom to the notes. It was my choice in front of my 68' plexi head
