Agree that CoH is really one of the worst from their classic Trooper period.

Man, that is hard to narrow down. How about Revealing Science of God for best (today anyway). Worst has to be Five Per cent for Nothing, but that's not really a band piece so...not sure.

My current favorite is Siberian Katru but, off Yessongs.

I kinda lost interest in them after Tales From Topographic Oceans. So, I guess anything after that is worst.

I have a Steve Howe solo record where his singing is cringe worthy. Maybe that could be worst.

    Best: Mood For A Day
Worst: Anything Jon Anderson sings (sorry guys, just not a fan of that voice or his lyrics... but I appreciate the technical abilities of Squire/Howe and the various drummers and keyboardists).

Best: Yours is No Disgrace or Heart of the Sunrise or Awaken or Revealing Science of God
Worst: Hmmm... probably Owner of a lonely heart.

BTW: I really like all the solo pieces on Fragile... like A LOT. And Tormato is one of my all-time favorites, so...

Best song... hard to say. "Roundabout" is the great song everyone knows. "Siberian Khatru" is also great, and "South Side of the Sky," and "The Gates of Delirium"...

Worst... I'd have to actually listen to some of their later albums. I have The Ladder and Magnification, and they're not bad, but I've read that some of their other albums of the '90s and 2000s are pretty dreadful. Of the records I've heard, I've repressed my painful memories of Big Generator, so probably something from that would be a fair choice. But of the records I actually remember, I'd say almost any track from Tormato would be hard to beat for sheer awfulness. Not only are the songs pretty weak, but Wakeman was into really cheesy, buzzy synth noises in those days, making the recordings all the more painful to listen to. The tomato splattered over the cover art is just so appropriate.

Best: Awaken (still the angriest guitar solo I've ever heard)

Worst: Everything after Going for the One

Honestly, I just never have been able to really like them although they are a solid band. Just not my thing with the time changes. Always liked the album art better than the music.

The video from Regis was sobering. Great guitar playing, great song. Made me think of my band playing outside with bad audio.
