Looking at doing a Tele build. Gonna be doing a lot of playing on a Fender Hot Rod Deville. Any suggestions for some good tele pickups for doing the blues?

i second the wcr's.one set is 1949 big,the other set is 1963 big.I like both flavors a lot.Pretty much noiseless,as they are shielded to death.

"Best" is so subjective.....what works for me may well sound like dog crap to you! That said, I've been very pleased with Zhangliqun Paul Bunyan wind. Have yet to try his Twang Smoker set, but that will be my next purchase.

Had a custom wond Don Mare bridge pup tha clocked in around 11.5K. That was also an exceptional pickup. Lollar Specials are wonderful.

Lot's of good ones out there from the off the shelf Dimarzio VV Hot T to custom winds from OC Duff, Vintage Vibe, et all. Sometimes the journey is more fun than the destination! Good luck.

Lollar Specials. I have a set in my K-Line, and they sound nice and fat.
