i have been looking for a 15watt amp for over three months now. I have been most impressed by the vox ac15 but am having trouble finding a used one for a reasonable price. I am open to any other amp suggestions. Any knowledge about a used vox ac15 for sale would be great thanks.

why not go for 50 watts. an 80's - 90's peavey classic 50 is one of the best sounding most reliable amps i have ever played. had it for 10 years before i ever had to change one tube in it.

Agree ... and changing tubes is easy because of the fixed bias...

Peavey Delta Blues 1-15. 30 watts,Reverb,Trem,Boost Channel and sounds better than many amps four times the price.

Crate Palomino V32 or V3112(same amp). Sadly they have been discontinued. One of the best amps they ever produced. Bob

MF and music 123 are blowing out the hughes and kettner tube 20. The 123 price is a little better because of their 4th of july discount. You can get it for $320 shipped. Type in "july4th" in the coupon code.

    It's a smokin' deal.

I'll join the Peavey crowd and recommend a Classic 50, or Delta 1x15. :AOK

Second the Crate Palomino V32 if you can find one. If not for a delay and wah I would never use pedals with this amp. 2 channels - good clean and very nice overdrive channels. Plenty of gain unless you want to play metal.
