My Eastman T486. I bought it is early January and I play it in church every Sunday. This is the best playing and bedt sounding guitar I have ever owned, as far as my hands and ears go. I have owned a PRS Modern Eagle 1 and a Collings City Limits, a Duesenberg Mike Campbell model and a Rickenbacker V350-63 among other fine guitars.
Play one of these before you decide.

I had a Schecter Corsair that was a damn fine guitar for $1k. If I wasn't downsizing in preparation for a move, I'd still have it.

Not sure where they are now pricewise , but I’ve got an ES-333 that’s a monster guitar, need different pickups but otherwise amazing. Better than many 335’s I’ve played.

Also the Epiphone 335s are good, maybe a Korean late 90’s Dot would be the top of that heap but the ones from a few years ago were pretty good I thought.
