Mojo Vibe was recomended to me by Analogman.

I hope it is available with Bob Sweets illness and all.

I bought the swirly mojo same thing for a few bucks more because of the paint.

I'd call Anologman for sure JZ

KR Megavibe. Just listen to Dave Phillips aka rackdoctor's demos on youtube. Thick, gooey, swirly-the Mojo and Ultra Vibe are amazing but the KR is simply rich and delicious. And, it is available in large, original size and small box for pedalboard real estate purposes. Kevin has also done a few JAX Vibrochorus models-carlygtr56 demo'd one on this forum and it was also incredible. Same Univibe sounds and a really cool on/off tremolo effect.

I think the Prescription Vibe Unit is fantastic. Won the GP shootout years ago. Held up great against my original univibe. Bob Sweet made the originals for Prescription, but the newer units also sound great.

Déjà Vibe and Mojo Vibe, the latter is thicker sounding than the former (not everybody's preference). I have never tried the KR vibe but those that have say it is very authentic.

Pretty sure you'd be hard pressed to get your hands on a KR Megavibe today... or next month... or...

    Jack,

Have you tried giving Dave Phillips a call at L.A. Sound Design-he seems to be very tight with kevin Randall at KR and gets a lot of his products for the custom pedalboards and rack projects he is building. Seriously try Dave first-I bet he can get one for you quicker than 6 months.

So you've been through a lot of vibes Jack and demo'd them. What is your pick?

If I had to walk into a store today and walk out with a vibe or go online and place an order for one to show up in 2-3 days, I would pick up a Lovepedal MagicBoy Vibe (online) or a Fulltone Mini Deja' (store).

After all the vibes I have gone through, I am more than happy with my large Mega Vibe. Yes, I waited for it (knew that going in) and would be happy to wait again for another one regardless of how long the backlog is. :AOK

You have to try a bunch of them as they are all different. Some are a lot different some have small but important differences. My favorites are:

    1. Seetsound Mojo Vibe
    2. Fulltone Deja Vibe
    3. Voodoo Labs Micro Vibe
    4. Dunlop Uni-Vibe SC

Interestingly enough, I use the Uni-Vibe SC on my pedalboard and it suits me just fine. I run mine it 18v which sounds better to me and I also tweaked the trim pot on the inside and run it off the chorus side. It does lose a tiny bit of high end when the effect is on but it sounds "right" to me and I can cop all of the hendrix, trower, floyd tones I want with it as well as some of my own. It's not a tone sucker, it's built like a tank and the price is right as well. I always think about swapping it for a Micro Vibe but I have heard some not so good things about that unit's reliability. The UV SC has been on my board for about 3 years now and I haven't found a good reason to change it out yet. I did get a chance to a/b it with a Mojo Vibe and the difference was definitely apparent but suprisingly, it wasn't a large enough difference to me to warrant replacing one with the other. Maybe someday when I get done playing with od's and compressor's, lol :D

I remember a shootout a while back where someone played 4 different vibes and all we did was vote without knowing which one was played ...

when the reveal came the Micro-vbe was ahead by allot ...

I'm still looking for that post
