Hey all just wanted to know what your opinion is on the best "vibe" pedal. Included a poll.

    Other

    Other:
    -Mad Professor: Tiny Orange Phaser
    -Roger Mayer: Voodoo-Vibe Jr.

    Why?
To me, vibe pedal has to have a MIX knob, so that it is a player who decides the balance between dry/wet signal, not anybody else.
Of course both pedals sound great too. RM has more options.
    :)

Don't overlook the Mojo Hand Luna either.

If you guys pick other please state which vibe and why. I only listed what seems to be the most talked about vibes. Sorry if I offend anyone by not listing your favorite vibe by name.

Based on those I've heard (the first three) I voted Mega, even though I own the other two (and they are great as well). Currently waiting on an Aqua, and that may change my answer.

Wasn't Mayer one of the originals back in the day? How could that not be included in the poll?

Who's that playing on the DV2 demo? Is that fuller or trower? That just sounds amazing.

Having owned and played about 1/2 a dozen of these vibes I want to say that all of them sound fantastic. At the level of these pedals, the pedal is not the limiting factor in achieving the trower/jimi tones.

The luna vibe needs to be added to the list as someone else mentioned.

Uber Vibe. Speed control and the 4 adjustable filters allow for very precise tuning and speed control. You can get the sound your looking for regardless of /guitar/amp/ods etc.

Interesting results - no clear winner out of the big three, yet.

yes, the lunavibe has more intensity and speed than the vintage univibes. From what you're describing you want something like that.

I'll do another demo with more intensity on the lunavibe. Any suggestions?

    Jack,

I think I'm gonna order a Luna Vibe ASAP.....can it also do a very slow speed?

(almost like a very slow phaser or flanger?)

Thanks again for your great demos!
