Best way to record a live gig with a A&H Zed60 10FX?

I want to record my duo direct from the 10FX . It has USB out and RCA outs. What would be the best way to record ? Buy a small digital recorder for the RCA outs? I don't have a Dedicated music PC so not sure what recorder can use a USB input or there is a way to use the IPAD via an interface . Anyone own this mixer and record from it? Thanks

I have a zed14 and record rehearsal via USB to a windows laptop using audacity. Just be sure to mute the output in the program while recording. Mac no clue..

I can't tell you the best way because I don't have enough experience to say, but I've recorded successfully from my ZED10FX into a Mac using the USB out. Audacity reads it no problem. The computer automatically recognizes the Zed's USB as an input and output no problem. I've also recorded into the mic inputs on my Zoon H4n. Works from the main outs with the pad engaged. Also using an insert cable from the headphone out. Haven't tried the RCA outs.
