So Bias is on sale for iOS. I have an iPhone and an iPad and I noticed its two separate apps.

What's the difference between versions other than the use of screen real estate?

Can I use their tone cloud service to make tones on iPad that I can use on jamup pro on iPhone?

There is however a difference, imo, between generational devices. I have a 4th gen iPad and a iP6. Bias runs better on the newer faster hardware.

The lag kills me...even on the Latest gen hardware.

You guys must be doing something wrong. I have a third-gen iPad with iOS 8 and it runs Bias flawlessly with no detectable latency or lag whatsoever. Maybe the problems you're experiencing is the interface being used? I'm using an Apogee Jam and it's great.

One good thing about the iPhone version is that you can use it on both iPad and the iPhone without paying twice for the apps itself as well as the expansion packs

It runs fine, but if there is too much going on in the background, I have experienced pops and clicks on the older iPad. With the iP6. I run minimal latency and have no issues at all. I'm running L6 Sonic Port.
