Big muff sound on acoustic?

    greetings brain trust.

    I'm looking to get that wall of sound fuzz sound ala a fully cranked big muff. I use the mojo hand iron bell in my pedal steel rig. But I want it for my acoustic rig.

    I'd be running it in a parallel mixer to blend with the clean sound but I want that heavy wall of fuzz sound, something that doesn't get all thin and tinny using an acoustic. I know a muff gets very tinny with acoustics.

    Any suggestions, clips would be great too!

    You talking like Jeff Mangum Neutral Milk Hotel style? He historically uses a Russian Muff, but saw something different when I saw them live last year.

    joseph arthur used to do this in his solo shows, around 2007..... i never looked at his set-up, though.

    Just checked, and Jeff Mangum used a Fuzz Factory and two Little Big Muffs
