Really beautiful playing Frank ...
Reminds me of Jeff Beck's Wired era ...

Just a comment about the title:

Since I spend much of my time in Big Sur,
I would say this tune has the feel of very late night,
or the wee hours of the morning when a Big City is quiet,
more then being in nature, or subjected to the elements of Big Sur

Not that you should listen to moi'...:)

I agree, but I haven't spent enough time there! Got to fix that.

Great one, Frank!

With a name like Axtell, he better be able to play - And he surely does "TELL a story with the AXE " - ha ha

Man, if there was a 'Cause We Ended As Lovers 2.0 - this would be it

Killer tone and expression

I would want to cover this tune myself

Nice! It reminds me of the tune, "Django," off of McLaughlin's, "The Promise." Which has that killer Jeff Beck guest solo in it at the beginning.

Well, I would cover it only with "The express written consent of the copyright holder"

Do you have a chart for this?

If not, I'll see if I can whip one up in Finale for ya
