Binding repair near NYC

Who knows of a luthier that does binding repair work near the NYC or the Bronx?
I am actually in Westchester county, but just outside of NYC. I have a Framus Hollywood Custom that needs some TLC.

Thanks! I don't know Norio, but I have used Even Gluck in the past. I thought he got away from that type of work though.

He may have, i know he doesn't really deal with a lot of structural stuff. But if he can't he will know who can.
