Binding vs Truoil

Hi Gents,
I plan a new build involving an ivoroid-bound and black stained ash body that is to be finished with
several layers of truoil. Are there any special precautions to be aware of, potential problems
re adverse reactions of the oil with the binding or can I just go ahead as planned ? Thanks !

No problems with Tru-Oil and binding.
Tape it off to prevent an aged appearance. The yellowing looks boss i think.
Otherwise treat the application as you would lacquer.
