Cheers guys. The Loop Junky is a fantastic pedal and it sounds all the better with the PGC, MGMV & AD-80 either side of it.

Here are some Red Rooster Booster clips I made, the RRB is a loaner as part of the Guitar Hub's BJF Tourbox, a great match for my guitar & amp. They get progressively dirtier, some later rhythm sounds are achieved by rolling off guitar volume, I really like those spanking, semi-clean tones...

    Yo Teahead!!!

You gotta fill us in on which BJF Pedals are in the new tourbox!! I didn't know it had already gone out.

By the way, I LOVE my RRB. It is definitely one of my favorite BJFs. It is so natural, open and uncompressed.

Great clips as always and great style my friend.

JK, I don't know what might be in the tourbox, Bjorn sent me the RRB and his own SBEQ so that I could try them and send them onto Dean. From there the Tourbox will begin in ernest. Most of the pedals being sent out probably belong to Dean, I presume?

Thanks for listening to the clips mate!

It certainly is, I really took a shine to the clean tones that came from rolling off guitar volume when the RRB was pretty cranked. Also enjoyed what it does to increase the gain from the HB & EGD when put before them, although I prefer the SBEQ after the drives. RRB is on my list for sure!

Yup!! I use it those ways too. It sounds killer with my Tophat. I really think that the RRB is one of Bjorn's unsung heroes. When I have it on and roll back on the guitar, I don't lose any highs. It's also voiced so perfectly for Teles and AC30s.

    Thanks, Eunos & Spellbound!

JKoeth, it does seem a perfect match for the Tele/Vox combination. I had trouble using the ZVex SHO with my set up, but Keeley's Katana Boost was much better, it's a warm, flat boost that lacks some of the sparkle the RRB has, but it overdrives the Vox wonderfully.

Yeah, I liked the Katana side of the TMB. It was a cool boost.

JK, I guess our tastes agree on quite a few things. I also loved the Java and Beano boosts when I played a Les Paul into my AC30... but, all of this talk is getting away from the BJF! ;)

So, here are two more short clips, the first is PGC & SBEQ, it starts with my bypassed tone, then some PGC is switched in, then out and back in. The SBEQ is then switched in and out, you'll need to listen carefully to hear it's influence... http://www.uncledig.com/clipgallery/Teahead%20-%20bjfstacked1.mp3

This one has PGC, MGMV & SBEQ throughout... http://www.uncledig.com/clipgallery/Teahead%20-%20bjfstacked2.mp3

This is PGC, Foxrox Octron, PPF & SBEQ, nasty, nasty tones... http://www.uncledig.com/clipgallery/Teahead%20-%20bjfstacked4.mp3

    Hi

Thank you Teahead, what the MGMV was really designed for was to make just this movement that is well indicated by the bottomplate...just there .....

I think you showed that and it makes me happy ;):AOK

    Thanks
    BJ

Again, Tea, very nice!! Wow that Octron also makes things sound HUGE!!

Is that a Korg AC30 Reissue? What speakers are you playing through?

I've got a PGC and MGMV on the way (sometime soon hopefully)...
