Blackface type head....

I think I want a Fender type sound, but in a head format. Need it in a shorter box size. I would love a Tone King Imperial in a head.

Whats out there that I should look at? Reverb not a need, as I have it in a pedal.

Fender is putting out some of the reissues as heads. These may fit your needs if they are not too wide.

VHT has the Special 12/20 (and RT model) in head configuration. They're supposedly coming out with a 44W Special head this Spring, but it has a Presence control on it, so it might wind up having more Brownface or tweed tone to it...
