Back in the 70's and early 80's, I wanted a customized van with an airbrushed copy of that on the side. Never happened, though.

One of the best album cover designs I can think of.

that would look awesome!!! i could definetly see that, in fact, it begs to be on the side of a van.

i dont care, them customized vans are cool!! some arent, but done properly, they're great.

Blackmore's Strat!
Yep, thats a Blackmore alright. Looks like a rail in the bridge pu, with the middle pu pushed down. I know on some of his Strats, he just has the middle pickup removed. Cool guitar, I am partial though to his white on on the inside jacket of the first Rainbow album. Great band! :dude

Rainbow Rising . . . Good Album. I've got that one somewhere or other. Of course I have nothing to play it on.

B

Big Jim

Thats my baby!

I waited almost a year for its completion and the paint job actually cost more then the guitar itself.

BEAUTIFUL!
I was 17 (?) when the album came out.
It was the first time I ever was really impressed by the DRUMS.
Cozy's double bass work jumped out at me, when I got the CD a year ago, I went right to where "side 2" would have started.
