Suggest some dual 10" speakers that would work well in the original cab.

Find the reissue Jensen speakers a bit harsh.

Am I better off just reconing sone old ones?

Early breakup preferred.

Find an old Marshall 4x10 and steal a couple G10-35's
They sound great with old Fenders.

The original sound of that amp is Jensen P10Qs. Get a pair from an old organ or buy the Weber 10Axx, which is a copy.
