Blowing power tubes!!

Hey all,
I seem to blow power tubes like crazy. At first, I thought it was the amps fault...so I unloaded the amp. The new owner has had no issues. Then I bought my Budda Superdrive 30. 6 months into owning it, I had to replace the power tubes. With two weeks, one of those new tubes started freaking out, causing a whistling, wailing sound. I took the amp in for repair and the tech said that all the tubes were plating red. He replaced all the power tubes at no charge. This evening, the problem returned. I've only had the amp back for about 9 days and really only played it for 1 rehearsal and daily practice...nothing intensive. I don't drive the amp hard, rarely taking the master above 11:00. At this point, I'm thinking I either have another lemon amp or there's something wrong in the wiring of my house. Am I nuts? Help a brother out.

I've heard that a Budda is a self-biasing amp. does that mean that you can still set the bias?
