Another vote for the golden age of fender book. I love that one. Great photography and great read as well.

Yeah, tell me about it. I want to get a copy of The Blackguard Book. Just like everything else, prices keep going up.

I'd love to find a copy of The Blackguard Book at a reasonable price... The last one I saw on Reverb was $300.

As far as Fender coffee table books go, with lots of good pics, I like these:




Nachos Blackguard Book is one I will own one day.
He also builds an amazing Telecaster

The Birth of Loud is a pretty good chronicle of Leo Fender, Les Paul, et al., during the early days of the electric guitar's creation. That ought to satisfy your Fender itch.
