I am very interested in these...hmmm. The DD-200 comes out just as I was about to look at buying a DD-500.

They look ok, I'm still waiting for a ps 500 or ps-200 though! something to rival/surpass my pitch factor.

    These look fantastic.

    They're an upgraded 20 series.

It's a great middle ground between people who don't want the deep diving of the 500 series but want access to multiple sounds.

This is a huge bummer, was really expecting something like a PS3 Waza or some other pitch shifter, HM2 Waza, updated Space Echo, or a dedicated phaser. Smaller versions of the 500 series seems like its just a new form factor with really nothing else new to it. Guess I'll have to go on reverb and buy myself a PS3 and buy one of those Behringer HM2s.

I agree. And if it's an upgraded 20 series, there's a chance that an RE-200 might appear.

I feel like a nerd, but I am totally stoked about that EQ...

I wonder what the price will be. ~$250 would be very close to the 500 series (or the same as a used 500 series pedal). If they're around $200, they'd be a steal in my opinion.

The DD-200 looks like the upgrade to the DD-20. But still, the DD-20 has more mojo and does what I need.

I hope that trend of upgrading the 20 Series doesn’t exclude an RV-200 in the future. I would freaking love that.

Don't be. It's a great idea, and (despite being digital) still cheaper (assuming $250 range) than Mesa's 5-band EQ (at $279).

    Ditto

EDIT: IF.......they include a straight-up true modulated reverb from the RV-5. No matter how I set it on the 500, it just sounded like the mod mix was low.
