Has anyone tried making a bottom plate for their Boss pedals to make velcro mounting easier? I've read about 'flipping the original plate' or also using 'small velcro strips on the rubber pad' and really don't like any of these solutions. Tearing the rubber pad off would be okay with me but it seems really well glued! Has anyone figured this one out and can enlighten me? An aftermarket plate link would be really great here if it exists.... Any other ideas?

I cut it into strips long enough that about 2 cm wraps around and onto the metal side of the pedal and bingo it holds it on

Check out Small Bear Electronics. They've got bottom plates that fit Boss pedals. I think around $5 each. I've ordered a few and they work like a charm.

Just flip the backplate and paste your velcro. It's cleaner and easier that way.
