Boss PS-3 Mods?

It's been a few years I've had this in mind. I wanted to do a tone cut mod like the DD series but for the PS-3. I've asked the usual suspects (Analogman, This1myne, JHS) but all have said no. Wondering if this is possible or does anyone know someone willing to try?

sounds unique and expensive to contract someone to do it because it hasn't been done before. i'm sure it is possible, the bigger builders have enough on their hands and no time to research obscure boss mods.

maybe try asking smaller guys like Melx, iviark, and more the hobbyist diy modder type. tgp doesn't have many of those. stop by the DIY thread on here or hcfx and take a gander to see if anyone might be able to try it.

Did analog man tell you why? It probably has something to do with the way the circuit is laid out. None of those modders are light weights, and I doubt the aren't willing to do it because they are too busy. Probably a circuit issue vs the DD series that commonly gets the so-called analog mod...

No real reason, just simple "Sorry we don't have any mods for the PS-3 yet." I think that's the reason why not. I just thought since it was the same delay as the DD5/RV3 it could be done.

I have a DD-2 and an RV-3 with the analogman mod, and would love to have it done to one of my PS-3s.
