Would it be possible to tune my guitar while the RC2 is looping?
How would i do this, and where in the chain(fx loop or front of amp) should i put it.. e.g i've recorded a riff with delay and phaser, and want to tune my guitar with my TU2 while the loop is running.

    Is this possible?

Should be okay as long as the TU-2 is in front of the RC-2.

Yeah, as Josh says, place the TU-2 anywhere before the RC-2 and use the Output not Bypass jack of the TU-2 so the signal does not leave the TU-2 when on.

Won't this make your guitar out of tune with the loop you recorded before tuning?

    Unless he's changing tunings completely.

As in, tune to open g for the loop, tune back to standard for the overdubs.

Otherwise just tune to what you will be using before you start the loop.
