    hey everybody....
as i have said before these past days i bought Myron's XTC classic..
so..i had to do a last little recording for my band's album..and
    since i
have a new amp i decided to try it for the first time in recording...
so check it out and let me know what you think...
    so the chain is simply..
Enigma CUstom Soloist -> evidence cable -> Bogner XTC Classic -> evidence speaker cable -> Diezel 2x12 cab with Eminence P50 speakers ->Shure SM57 mic -> cubase where some reverb and delay were added...

    see ya all,
    Alex

    Nice tone and playing, Alex.

Did you use any compression in the mix? I am trying to understand the dynamic nature of the amp.

    thanks.

    nope..no compression..
i have the gain pretty low on the red channel and also the volume on the guitar slightly turned down...
i think you can hear that when i'm hitting the strings softer the response from the amp is amazing...you can actually get a quite clean tone with a soft strike even if you have very high gain settings...
    thanks for checking out...
    see ya,
    Alex
