Traded my G.E. Smith Tele towards it. From now on I cannot go anywhere near an unsold Fano guitar - it's just too dangerous for me. I have bills to pay.

Anyway, it's made from a single plank of 200 year old pine.

    Pic from Fano website.

Oh my GOD what a horrible horrible mistake you made in purchasing that ugly, horrible guitar. I happen to be a professional philanthropist and would be totally willing to buy it from you so that you don't have to own such a disturbingly awful looking instrument.

    ... ;-)

Don't I know it - that hole under the bigsby goes all the way thru the guitar. Well at least I can hang it on a nail.

Yeah, my sister and I were looking at that one online the other week. Is the pickguard alligator skin? Between this and that awesome Roundup Orange SP6, you have some sexy guitars. (And you appear to be a Bigsby man.)

Get a load of this one, custom made for a famous guitarist.

Tele's and Filtertrons...like peanut butter and jelly. :dude

Awesome fiddle. the G.E. Smith Tele is sweet...but that Fano has the visual mojo in spades. I bet it sounds even better than it looks. :BEER

The look that this Fano tele has is amazing, how does it sound? I've always wondered how pine for a tele is compared to ash.

Arrrgghhh! This makes waiting for my SP6 so much harder. Very sweet TC6. My SP6 should be done any day now...

The great thing about opening Fano threads is you never know what you are going to see.... well, except you know it's going to be a super cool gitfiddle!
