I hear good things about Swanson.
I'm having Jeff build me a Marshall "Style I" 2X12 with an oval back as we speak.
I'll post a short review when it arrives.....

Not really too boutique or ultra high end, but the Avatar Premier cab looks pretty sweet and the joints look a hell of a lot more solid than their standard cabs. Dovetail, sloped front baffle, salt and pepper weave, loaded and shipped under $500. Probably the only Avatar I'd get after seeing a 4x12 in person.

    Zane,
    You mention "Boutique"...
Do you mean some exotic wood finish....or just a high quality cab made in some odd configuration?

I was thinking....you could have MOJOTONE build you a 2x10 and 1x12 in a single Cab I believe.
You mentioned in another post that you wanted a 3x10....but I've always wondered about a 210/112 in a single box.
I also think you could use two tens at 16 ohms EACH wired in parallel for an 8 ohm load....then use a single twelve at 8 ohm.
Combine those two arrangements in parallel for a 4 ohm total load.
Anyone know if this will work??
    Just a thought.

You won't be disappointed. I have two of Jeff's cabs. Fit finish sound is all top notch.

+1 on the earcandy. also, i hear mojotone does a great job making hiwatt 4x12 clones. but then again, you could just go directly to reeves and get a (sort of) real one.

Thanks for the addition, it's added now.
    :)

If anyone ever finds cab makers that can be added, please post a reply to the Big List thread or just let me know. If they don't have a website, I'll call/email builders directly to make sure I've got their best contact info, and my Big Lists are updated with new additions most every month.

    Thanks!
