    I'm having Jeff build me a Marshall "Style I" 2X12 with an oval back as we speak.

    Not really too boutique or ultra high end, but the Avatar Premier cab looks pretty sweet and the joints look a hell of a lot more solid than their standard cabs. Dovetail, sloped front baffle, salt and pepper weave, loaded and shipped under $500. Probably the only Avatar I'd get after seeing a 4x12 in person.

    You mention "Boutique"...
    Do you mean some exotic wood finish....or just a high quality cab made in some odd configuration?

    I was thinking....you could have MOJOTONE build you a 2x10 and 1x12 in a single Cab I believe.
    You mentioned in another post that you wanted a 3x10....but I've always wondered about a 210/112 in a single box.
    I also think you could use two tens at 16 ohms EACH wired in parallel for an 8 ohm load....then use a single twelve at 8 ohm.
    Combine those two arrangements in parallel for a 4 ohm total load.
    Anyone know if this will work??
    Just a thought.

    You won't be disappointed. I have two of Jeff's cabs. Fit finish sound is all top notch.

    +1 on the earcandy. also, i hear mojotone does a great job making hiwatt 4x12 clones. but then again, you could just go directly to reeves and get a (sort of) real one.

    If anyone ever finds cab makers that can be added, please post a reply to the Big List thread or just let me know. If they don't have a website, I'll call/email builders directly to make sure I've got their best contact info, and my Big Lists are updated with new additions most every month.
