Hey lads and lassies,
Is there such thing as a simple way to remove a broken trem arm from a block on a strat? I know of the Grabit removers but wondered if there was another way with something like this that has such a small diameter.

Thanks!

Dremel tool with thin metal cutting wheel. Cut a groove in the end of the stub just big enough to accommodate a screw driver or screw bit and twist it out. If the stub is too tight and that doesn't work, order a new block from Callaham.

If it's too deep in the block to get at with an EZ Out, I'd just get a new block.

Left hand drill bit. Use a transfer punch to dimple the center of the remaining trem arm before drilling.

lol that sucks. I've killed at least one block trying to drill out a broken arm with just basic drill bits.

It's on a Strat I just bought used. I don't ever use the trem anyway but I happened to look down at it and saw that the end was busted off deep in there. LOL.
