Bob Schell, owner and master craftsman, of Brookwood leather is just amazing person to do business with. Had a small problem with a strap I ordered, as it was fitted for straplocks, which I don't use.

He had me ship it back, repaired the issue, and returned it, with nicer buckles. I fully support any business, that goes that extra bit, to make sure the customer is happy. BTW: He also covered postage, both ways.

Not only does he make what has to be one of the best guitar straps that I've found, he like so few others, is willing to go the extra distance for his clients.

There are only a few small businesses, that seem to have this level of customer care. I'm now, after my forth strap, a customer for life.

Suggest those interested check him out, if in need of a strap that will last you a lifetime

I couldn't agree more. Bob makes phenomenal straps - true "Old World" craftsmanship and a great deal of individual attention. He's also one of the true gentleman in the business.

The replacement leather amp handles from Brookwood are second to none. Don't settle for a generic replacement.

Thanks. I finally broke down and placed an order with Bob. I had been dithering over whether to do so for a while and I just took the plunge!

I have praised the beautiful craftsmanship of Bob's straps many times, and I'm glad to do it again!

I have two that Bob made for me that will last a lifetime.

I got a replacement handle for my tweed Vibrolux. I wanted it to look the closest to the original (but better made).

Wonderful; now I may have to get a guitar strap.
