UG30 owners - what tubes are you using in your amps? Do any of the new production tubes work well in this beast, or are NOS the only way to go?

I just picked one up used, and it sounds fairly awful with the Chinese tubes that came with it..

Talk with www.kcanostubes.com . While my Cowtipper 22 sounded great with the stock tubes, Mike recommended tubes that made a nice improvement. And his recommendation wasn't limited to just pricey NOS.

Give Gregg Levy of HiTest guitars a call and he dial that amp. He is a great guy with amazing prices.

Wow this caught my eye and had to take a peak. Although I dont own one, I do know somebody with one and know how much everyone who ownes one swears by them.
I dont doubt it for a second but Tony's recommendation for replacement tubes will only cost about $500 if your lucky. It better be good.
