Budget Bass Recommendations

Hi all,

Looking for a few recommendations on a quality budget solid-state bass amp combo for a friend. He plays small gigs, so looking for low wattage, etc. Not interested in anything fancy whatsoever, just the best (used) amp in the $200-300 range.

yeah... the version 3 models are great bang-for-the-buck. earlier versions not nearly as much
