Bushings for old melody maker tuners

Just picked up a 64 Melody Maker (late 64 so it actually resembles more of a 65). It's got the original in-line tuners. But they're missing the bushings (I guess that's what you call them... the little metal circles that go around the holes that the posts stick out of). Where would I get some cheap replacements? And being that I don't want to do any routing out or anything, what's the exact size I'd be looking for for this year?

StewMac has a number of different styles / sizes of bushings. Probably a good idea to measure the holes and shafts to confirm size.
