So I'm in a wheelchair and often find myself rolling over cables. I'm wondering if this is going to damage my cables eventually, and if so, is there a type of cable that is durable enough to handle the weight of my wheelchair?

I have not run into an instrument cable that I believe will take that kind of wear constantly.

I would talk to a cable company like Lava and ask them if their warranty would cover your situation.

Something covered by Techflex (ala the Lava Stage Connect) might help some. Make sure they will cover your situation, it has been pointed out that they tend to cut the warranty off for people that abuse the lifetime warranty....however they might consider your consideration an exception.

If they won't, the worst company in the business, Monster will replace their own cables no matter the abuse at a place like Guitar Center, if there is one around you.
