I've been working on putting my studio together a bit at a time.
I'm at the point where I'm cabling everything.
I'm looking for a source for 1/4 inch TS connectors, TRS connectors and Mic connectors. Also looking for cable sources for each.
I'm very good at soldering, so that's not an issue.
I know I can make cables for a LOT less than I can buy them

I was a professional recording and live sound engineer for 40 years. This is where I bought stuff.

When I asked John LaGrou, designer and recording engineer for Millennia Media (http://www.mil-media.com) about audio cable, he said he uses Mogami 2549 for all mic and line cables.

    Worked for me.

If you are on a little bit of a budget, GLS audio makes great cable and connectors. I made all my own for my sound company.
