Cameron modded Marshall fusion jam

    Mark's Marshall mods are probably best known for their 80's hair metal tones, but they are also capable of some great fusion tones, as I tried to dial in on this track.

    This is a project I'm working on with a buddy of mine - it's just a looped jam at this point, with 4+ minutes of my shameless wanking. I just threw up an SM57 and an E609 on a pair of V30's and took one take all the way through, so there's plenty of clams and repetition.

    Guitar was a Hamer Korina Standard with a Rio Grande BBQ in the bridge.

    I have heard that Cameron does a good VH mod. Definately a little brown to my ears....:dude . Nice recording.

    I enjoyed that. Nice little groove goin' on. Head was bobbin' listening to that. The tone was nice for that, just like you said.

    Nice playing and tone. Sits well in the mix. I love my Cameron Marshall. The world would be a better place if more fusion players had tone like that clip.:)

    That was pretty damn cool. Really good playing.I have a guitar loaded with a BBQ bucker as well.Great sounding pickup.
