Here's some pics...I believe it to be a 1965 model. Took it out of the cabinet for some gut shots. Stamp on tube chart looks to read "OI".

Have the internal components been messed with? I know the power cord has been changed. I'm taking it to the shop next week and am getting that replaced with something a little more robust. Also getting a cap job and full maintenance with that nice death cap removal.

Nothing's been touched in there. It has bias balance and the 220K local feedback resistors so it is likely the AB165 circuit. It is probably time for new electrolytic caps.
