Can I get my TIM fixed??

    I absolutely love this pedal , Sean at lovepedal made me get one back in the day. Please god let there be light.

    Oh it wont power up with battery or adapter. I think its an adapter problem cause it lit up and sounded so lovely but died while touching the adapter connection.

    Another thread where Mesa Boogie is refusing to repair an amp for the customer.
    At that price point, I'd expect for the amp to be repaired as well.
    That's why I feel if I am buying a high end product, I'd rather prefer a smaller builder for the relationship aspect & just better chances of a more unique design.
    Larger manufacturers make sense for mass produced goods, for me.
    It's great that Paul is open to repairing the pedal for the OP (provided the OP contacts him :D)

    I think PaulC is the only business owner who complains about NOT getting contacted for a service issue!!

    It’s good to know that there’s a builder out there who always puts customers first, even if they just pushed his buttons!!

    I hope the OP gets around to sending that Facebook message and gets his Tim fixed.
